           I believe that massage therapy is a way of aiding the body in its ability to heal itself. I find working with people to get through chronic pain and restricted motion to be the most rewarding job. I set each appointment around what is specific to the individuals needs. I use deep tissue in my treatments to get into the muscle layers and breakdown trigger points and tension. I use Ashiatsu to assist in the deep tissue treatments to provide a more broad surface area while still being able to apply an appropriate amount of pressure. Each massage is designed around the needs of the client and comfort level. I work my best to make sure we meet each goal set, from increased range of motion to controlling chronic pain from injury or recovery for surgeries.
