           I believe that massage therapy is a way of aiding the body in its ability to heal itself. I find working with people to get through chronic pain and restricted motion to be the most rewarding job. I set each appointment around what is specific to the individuals needs. I use deep tissue in my treatments to get into the muscle layers and breakdown trigger points and tension. I use Ashiatsu to assist in the deep tissue treatments to provide a more broad surface area while still being able to apply an appropriate amount of pressure.(Not offering Ashiatsu services at this time) Each massage is designed around the needs of the client and comfort level. I work my best to make sure we meet each goal set, from increased range of motion to controlling chronic pain from injury or recovery for surgeries. Deep Lomi massage is provided more to target and calm the nervous system, pressure can be medium to deep depending on client comfort. It involves a nurturing touch with long broad full body stokes, meant to relax the body physically, mentally and emotionally. Please call or email with any questions or to book your appointment.
